General
Ched can be found practicing his magic just south of Tulimshar Castle. The spell he is trying to perform is taught by Morgan.
How to get there
- Once you have departed the ferry at Tulimshar, head North up the cobblestone path.
- When you reach the Guard, head West, and Ched will be there.
