General
Richard is the man you want to see if you need to retrieve some items, or store some of your stuff. He runs the Hurnscald branch of the Manaworld Investments Agency (M.I.A) - a.k.a. "the bank". Although you have a limit of 100 items that you can carry (and a weight limit on top of that), you can store up to 300 different types of items with Richard, allowing you to keep your weight down, and to heal efficiently.

How to get there
- From the Soul Menhir in Hurnscald, head Southeast, and enter the first building you come to.
- Looking to the left, on the far wall, you will see Richard.
