Tinris appears to have successfully maintained a field in the district of Tulimshar. He's been quite successful, but this isn't without help of his magical arts. He's a student, and he has been assigned to work on the plants in the area.

How to get there
- From leaving the ferry at Tulimshar, head North until you see the Castle gates.
- Head East, and there you will see a green patch of land, with Tinris and Eomie working in it.
