Vincent is found in Candor on the beach, making things out of Bug's Legs. He used to live in Tulimshar, but found the island life more his scene.

How to get there
- From the ferry, head Northeast up to Ayasha.
- Continue Eastward through the gates, passing Valon.
- Head Southeast, and you will find Vincent on the beach in the bottom corner.
