General
Malek is busy working away at the Woodland Mining Camp. He has an exceptional skill. He can take any precious stone you present to him, and pulverise it into a handful of powder! Besides being a great way of destroying primary gemstones, it is also a way to make Gemstone Powder, which have a necessary use throughout the game.

How to get there
- From Hurnscald Town Centre, head North up the cobblestone path.
- Continue up the path until it begins to narrow.
- On the left hand side of the road, you will see a path leading to the Miner's Camp.
- Enter the Miner's Camp, and head behind the counter, where the Receptionist is standing.
- Walk past Caul and his cauldron, and walk past the table in the next room.
- Go through the doorway that leads to a staircase, and go up them
- You will see Malek standing in the room at the top of the stairs.
