The Wedding Officiator is found in the serene Woodlands that surround the town of Hurnscald. She can arrange for you to get married. Alternatively, see Estard for your ceremony, in the Government building in Tulimshar.

How to get there
- From Hurnscald Soul Menhir, take the road going to the West. # When you passed the third warp, head North.
- Enter the cave and follow it to the right.
- At the fork, go left and up.
- Take the new cave and go to the far left side, and exit.
- When you reach the outside, travel West, and you will see the Wedding Officiator.
