The demon Azerel has many supernatural powers; his most noticeable of them is the power to shift forms. His most commonly used shape when not in battle is that of a black dog.

He seems to enjoy murder more then any other demon and has been blamed for many unspeakable crimes. He is famous for destroying an entire band of warriors in minutes and sending there bodies to their families. It also seems that he has obtained the power to control the minds of the weak.

Although he has been banished, he has not lost his power and he is still a major force in the world of mana.
