During Hallowen 2013, players would meet Munro in Asphodel Moors.
Munro would be shocked with the player having skin, and would give them a JackO Skeleton Charm to allow them to look more "normal" (that is, like undead).
Players could get an unlimited number of charms, but they would stop working on November 6th.
Trivia
The event was authored by AnonDuck and deployed in a little more than 24 hours because the team had forgotten to plan out a halloween event and it was already due.
It caused several side effect bugs due the hasty deployment as Halloween was almost over.
In 2014, wushin rewrote Munro, making Event:Halloween 2011 and Event:Halloween 2013 repeat themselves forever. This new Munro would only give one charm by char, but at roughly same dates as in 2013. The charm would also work during Christmas.
