The Heart of Isis is the most seeked for Charm in The Mana World as its use is by far the most efficient of all Charms. It increases max. HP by 15% and HP recovery rate by 65% but requires level 85 to equip it.
It's hard to obtain though, it's a random Quest reward so you need a bit of luck to receive it.
