The best Chest Armor in game for Mages. It strongly boosts your magical abilities, making you an even better Mage than when having a Sorcerer Robe equipped.
Note that level 90 is only the required level for being able to equip the Lazurite Robe. You will only get the stats bonuses when your Intelligence is equal or more than 70 and your Vitality equal or more than 40.
