A golden scorpion stinger, tipped with lethal poison. Kfahr has one that he will show you, and may even give to you if you can work around him. It is used in making Monster Oil, and this in turn is used in the Setzer Quest, and once your character has received one, you will not be able to get another one from Kfahr.
