Bat Teeth are dropped from Bats which hold them. Probably if you hit someone in the head with a weapon that person will spit teeth too, so that quite makes sense.
Bat Teeth are currently unused. There is neither a Legacy Magic Legacy Spells, nor a Legacy Quest or anything else which requires them. Also you won't make much money selling them to Legacy Shop NPCs. Maybe as a new player you can at least get a bit of money selling them.
