- Talk to Mike and he will tell you about his problem. Je needs Black Scorpion Singers to cure his sister.
- Collect 4 Black Scorpion Stingers and talk to him.
- When he will tell you that you are exhausted, come back with Black Scorpion Stingers in 24 hours.
