Gemstone Rings are items that can be equipped and will increase one of your stats by 1 depending on which Gemstone Ring you have.
There are 6 types of Gemstone Rings:

Emerald Ring

Sapphire Ring
Intelligence +1 -
Topaz Ring

Amethyst Ring

Gemstone Rings can be crafted by Inya in Tulimshar. He needs a Simple Ring, the Gemstone you wish and 100 000 GP.
