The town Bard, whose full name is "Bill Ballshaker the Bard," will sing you a song if you want him to and will tell you a "rumor" about the Mana Seed if you ask him for the news; he can also give you information about Elanore the Healer and the Mana Seed if you ask him. Bard is located at the entry of the city of Tulimshar, south of the Soul Menhir.
