Coal

Coal is used to convert Iron Ores to Iron Ingots, and to convert Iron Ingots into useful armor, shields, and weapons.

Uses

Jhedia requires Coals to convert Iron Ores to Iron Ingots:
- 5 Iron Ores, 10 Coals, 1,000 GP => 1 Iron Ingot
Peter uses Iron Ingots and Coals to make chest armor:
- Chain Mail (+20 Defense): 5 Iron Ingots, 10 Coals, 20,000 GP
- Light Plate (+25 Defense): 10 Iron Ingots, 20 Coals, 50,000 GP
- Warlord Plate (+27 Defense): 15 Iron Ingots, 30 Coals, 100,000 GP
Nicholas the Blacksmith uses Iron Ingots and Coals to make armor, shields, and weapons:
- Knight's Helmet (+15 Defense): 3 Iron Ingots, 6 Coals, 10,000 GP
- Crusade Helmet (+18 Defense): 6 Iron Ingots, 12 Coals, 10,000 GP
- Warlord Helmet (+18 Defense): 9 Iron Ingots, 18 Coals, 10,000 GP
- Steel Shield (+20 Defense), 20,000 XP: 6 Iron Ingots, 12 Coals, 2 Infantry Helmets, 1 Leather Patch, 20,000 GP
- Setzer (+110 Damage, 1 Range): 3 Iron Ingots, 6 Coals, 1 Short Sword, Monster Oil, 50,000 GP
Quest: Heathin requires 50 Coals to craft a simple ring for you:
- Simple Ring: 50 Coals, 100,000 GP
