Recent magic edits

I noticed you've recently edited the Spells page with some more accurate information.

We're glad to see someone interested in improiving the wiki, but it's kind of pointless documenting level 3/4 spells, since they're not yet available in the game (unless something major has happened without me noticing at all ... and I read *everything* in the forum).
