Iincyo is perhaps the world's leading authority on the science of Alchemy and its mechanics. Although she was trained as a sorceress from a young age, she eventually entered the university at Kavaba near her hometown of Toukai, and became impressed with the sciences. Her most notable field was Alchemy, which emulated the magic she had learned as a child through science. Iincyo quickly rose to the forefront of her Alchemy classes and eventually made many astounding discoveries of her own, such as a method of mass-producing elemental spell cards, devices that made limited magical potency available to the untrained public.
At present, Iincyo lives in a private mansion in Toukai, studying artifacts that she thinks may have been related to Alchemical science in the Old World. She has a husband, Jarred Valender, but no children. Iincyo spends her spare time stargazing, as well as hunting bugs for her collection in the forests of Gasaro.
Personality-wise, her most prominent traits are her professionalism and straightforwardness. Iincyo knows when to relax and when to get things done, and doesn't mind telling others off when she is busy.
