North-west:
* Motetshi - The last unexplored continent, due to its place beyond a number of harsh shoals and the [Sea of Dissonance].
* Amplar Deadlands - A large, poisonous muck on the edge of Motetshi. Another deterrent to tourists of the region.
* Moori Isthmus - A tiny land bridge that connects Xartune to The Great Continent.

South:
* Sea of Abbana - connects to port city of Abanna to the rest of its neighbors via ocean.

* Gispaa Island - A small volcanic island, upon which the Temple of Fire sits.
* Blachet Sea - The sea beneath Aerol, usually a calm one.
* Collis Forest - A large deciduous forest that separates Shaede from the rest of The Great Continent.
* Ivari Sea - The sea surrounding Veshrin. Filled with pirates and dangerous storms, due to its proximity with the Sea of Dissonance.
* Issa Marsh - A marsh at the edge of Collis Forest. Valuable and interesting wildlife thrives there, but the terrain is treacherous.

I want to avoid giving more than one name to a region, especially the areas that each major kingdom lies on.. ie, Tonori Desert / Tulimshar.. let's spread out our usable names a bit more and be realistic about how much the names might confuse people later on, if they're too abundant and redundant.
Note: The following Landforms could not be classified under any particular location: Gispaa Island, Blachet Sea, Collis Forest, Ivari Sea, and Issa Marsh. Thus, they can be used anywhere on the map where the artist so wishes. I have also categorized each by direction. I used the Kingdoms, Landmarks, and World Backstory pages on this Wiki to categorize all of them. If you follow the trail, you will see that all of the information was categorized correctly. ~Pauan.

This article is currently only a proposal

The features or design guidelines described in this article are only a proposal made by one or some persons. It has not been evaluated or accepted by the core development team yet. Feel free to add your personal opinion about them or make counter proposals.

Perhaps this should become the main page for world geography..? These articles don't have to be finished to have yellow status, do they?.. I get the impression that unless the idea is brand new or challenging an existing one and it's been discussed at all, (which this has and still is) that it's pretty much ready for yellow status.

the Central Continent

This landmass is centralized on the world map. Its ecosystem is compact when compared to the rest of the world. This is sometimes thought of (in modern times) as the capital continent of the world, mainly due to the location of the "Capital City" on the center of the continent.

 • Unnamed Capital City
 • Tulimshar - A desert fortess town and the birthplace of the demon race.
 • Sonbrand or Gloriana- A town located in the depth of a cold tundra; birthplace to the human race.
 • other locations are still being accepted and thought of.

Regions

Homelands of the Races

it should be assumed that the eight, single-element races will have a crystal located somewhere in the heart of thier native lands. They have all in their own way, taken up retainership to these crystals, which are now much smaller than they originally had been; the countless shards are scattered throughout the world.

Tulimshar Desert Demons N/A (I had thought that maybe both non-elemental race kingdom was trying to collect crystal shards to "reform the original crystal" in their own image. A completely flawed concept. It would be an added conflict to coinside with individuals searching for the shards for their own reasons.) These harsh conditions also make life in the Tulimshar area quite challenging, for outsiders and natives alike.

-- Caverns Talpan Earth A maze of caverns and open valleys through the southeast mountains.
-- Above the clouds? Daedalon Light A place where land meets sky in an isolated setting, surrounded by a sea of clouds; A resort village / tourism should be their primary economic hinge.
