The Exotic Trader is located outside the Hurnscald village. He sits next to an apple orchard, near a great house on your right when you're taking the west road to the Auldsbel's House. This fellow has some very rare items, but his prices are exorbitant! Perhaps doing some shopping around could pay off, there is a small chance that a player may have what you are looking for, and with some bargaining the price could be lowered.
