Morgan runs a magic school called The Magic Shack. Being the Head of Wizardry, he will teach you your first spell and give you a wand.

Just north of the Ferry in Candor.
How to get there
- From the port in Candor, head North until you see the houses.
- You will see a house with two signs out the front. One on each side of the path. Enter this house.
- Morgan is standing behind the counter.
