How to get there
- Head South after leaving the ferry at Tulimshar
- Continue down the cobblestone path through the first portcullis.
- Enter the building on the East side of the road, where Itka is standing out the front.
- Head toward the back of the room, and enter the last door.
- Continue walking all the way to the end of the aisle, and you will find Kylian at the end of it.
