Classic Rename

The "Classic:" namespace cleanup is complete. Every relevant page has been migrated into the main namespace. Where a page held materially different rEvolt content, the rEvolt version was moved to the Revolt: namespace so the Classic (current-game) version could take the main title. The "Classic:" namespace now contains only redirects.
