Cotton Boots are easily obtainable and often used as a fashion item. They are also the second-best boots for DPS mages, after Red Stockings, due to their M. Attack. Archers interested in magic may also find Cotton Boots useful. However, their low Defense makes them the weakest choice for warriors.
