Chest with your new clothes. Magic Arpan is waiting for you. Go speak to him or walk outside the room and he will start talking to you. He asks whether you remembered what happened. It doesn't really matter how you answer him. He tells you Julia healed your injuries and that you should visit her later (you unlock the quest Abide by the Rules). Finally he tells you that your clothes were in a bad shape, and that he has new clothes for you. You need to open the chest inside the room and take the clothes from it and equip it.
