The NPCs listed here will help you get all the Skills of the game. These Skills can be Basic Skills, Magic Skills or even Focus Skills. These can all be learned by the same character. You will however need to focus on only one Focus Skill to use it whereas the Basic Skills can be used anytime. This goes also for the Magic Skills.
