The Battle Master is who you should see to have those PvP one-on-one battles (duels). After a brief time away (most likely at referee school), Battle Master has returned, to ensure all fights are conducted according to the Hurnscaldberry Rules.

How to get there
- From the Soul Menhir in Hurnscald, step one pace South.
- After this pace, walk to the East, and you will find a portal into the back of the building.
- Once in the building, walk through the bedroom to the Southeast corner of the store.
- One step to the left and one step North will send you down a portal into The Sanguine Vault.
- When in here, head to the arena, and go to the East of it. You will see the Battle Master there, ready to advise you of the terms.
