Cerhan is opening a blacksmith shop in Asphodel Moor at some stage, and he's happy to tell you all about it.

How to get there
- From the Soul Menhir, follow the path to the East.
- Take the first path that heads North, and follow it to the door of the building.
- Enter the door, and on the right hand side, you will see Cerhan a little to the right of the Alchemist Lab.
What to do
The Imperial Bow can be obtained by visiting Cerhan in the graveyard storage building with your Banshee Bow, and 5,000 Gp. You must have Sand Cutter or Mylarin Dust in your inventory for Cerhan to offer to make the Imperial Bow. These items will not be used, just as a requirement. Ask him about what he is doing there, and if he can make weapons. He will tell you about the Imperial Bow and how to remove the curse from the Banshee Bow. This bow is fast, not near as fast as the Banshee Bow, but there is no health reduction from this bow as with the Banshee Bow. The Imperial Bow can be converted back to the Banshee Bow by doing the The Illia Sisters Quest and placing your Imperial Bow in Valias/Luvias chest at the end. This will put the curse back into the bow and turn it into the Banshee Bow again.
