Gungnir can be found in the Tulimshar Forge, just north of the Bazaar in Tulimshar. He sells items that you may need, and is one of the cheapest sellers of Arrows in the game if you wish to stock up.

How to get there
- As you leave the ferry at Tulimshar port, head South.
- Take the first path to the East.
- Once you reach the Bazaar, enter the first building you come to, and you will see Gungnir on the right.
