Classic Rename

To restore the wiki to a non-confusing state, the "Classic:" namespace is being removed and all relevant pages moved into the main namespace. Where a page existed in both namespaces with materially different (rEvolt / new-canon) content, the main-namespace version was moved to the "Revolt:" namespace so the Classic (current-game) version could take the main title.

Almost all pages have now been handled. The remaining pages need an individual decision rather than a plain move:

Page	Situation
Classic:Game Rules	The main Game Rules is a redirect to the external policies site (policies.themanaworld.org). Decide whether the Classic in-wiki rule list should simply redirect there, or be kept.
Classic:Scythe	The main Scythe is a disambiguation page (Item vs Monster). The Classic page is the full Hinnak quest walkthrough and needs re-homing (e.g. to the quest's own page) rather than overwriting the disambiguation.
Classic:Tulimshar	Both Classic:Tulimshar and Tulimshar hold content with unique bits (Classic has a Desert Mountains / mines detail; main has NPC-quote flavour). These need merging before the Classic page is redirected.
